Both ck54 and the user have the right to close an account.

Account closure initiated by the user:

• You can request account closure at any time through our support team.
• Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure (excluding bonuses).
• If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

Account closure initiated by ck54:

• Ck54 may close an account without notice in the event of a terms violation.
• If an account is closed for a valid reason, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded.
